Future Stars of Wrestling has various internship opportunities for enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individuals to obtain hands-on experience in live event photography, videography, sound engineering, lighting engineering, live event crew, and marketing/promotion. 

Based in the Mecca of Entertainment, Las Vegas, NV, the FSW Internship Program is a chance to be a part of the Pro Wrestling world, even if you can’t be an athlete or performer. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to combine their passion for Professional Wrestling with their individual talents and skills – along with their desire to learn from our Production Team (with whom Interns will work closely).

What's It All About?

Fans don’t just follow the sport, they FEEL it – the pain, the passion, the guts, and the glory. When we at FSW look at Pro Wrestling fans, we don’t see a crowd; we see you.  After all, we ARE fans as well and we strive to keep our fans on top of anything and everything FSW by producing the absolute best fan experiences – be it at our live events, our unique productions, or via our engaging website and social media content.

Our internships are true learning experiences that help Interns develop their skills and learn the inner workings of the Professional Wrestling/Sports Entertainment business. We enjoy developing early career talent and we are focused on helping our Interns realize their potential.

As an intern, you’ll learn all about the hard work necessary to ensure a Professional Wrestling event runs smoothly. There are plenty of opportunities to work/interact with pro athletes, talent, fans, and promotion executives.

Requirements:

If you’re looking to gain hands-on experience in the exciting, fast-paced, Professional Wrestling business, then Future Stars of Wrestling is the place for you. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, reliable individuals to join our Internshp Team. 

Photographer

Capturing events and talent promotional photos at FSW shows and special events. Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc). Must have DSLR.  Must upload photos to our dropbox at the end of each night (will invite you).  Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.

Videographer

Work with our Production Team to create and capture brand-relevant video content for FSW.  Continuously search for new content opportunities to drive fan engagement and deliver value for sponsors.  Understand that crafting a great product sometimes takes long hours and does not always happen during the regular business day.

Content Writer/Journalism

If you are a Pro Wrestling fan and love to write,  we’re looking for content writers for our website – including event reviews/results and engaging FSW-related topical stories, interviews, profiles, etc. You need to know your stuff and be passionate about what you are writing about.  Should have a knack for sentence composition, grammar, and syntax.  Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

Graphic Designer/Artist

We are looking for graphic designers to create engaging graphics for a variety of media – including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will be asked to work with both the Website Design and Social Media Management groups to help boost traffic to both our website and Social Media platforms. You will also help our content writers occasionally to help design graphics to fit articles that are being published.

Position Type: Internship

Sound Engineer

Control music and sound effects for live events. Check audio equipment for proper functioning prior to event start times, reporting technical problems and equipment malfunctions to our Directors and Tech Crew. Test all audio elements prior to event start time. Control volume and levels for P.A., wireless microphones, and music. Maintain knowledge of FSW Talent and storylines involved in events and broadcasts.

Ring & Stage Crew

FSW’s Event/Ring Crew is responsible for setting up, overseeing, and maintaining the event-related equipment prior to, during, and after FSW Events. Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions under Crew Chief supervision. Must have a drive and passion for creating an exceptional pro-wrestling event experience for our FSW Fans and Talent.

We look for motivated individuals with a strong passion to work in the Professional Wrestling/Sports Entertainment industry. Aside from our basic qualifications, we also want reliable candidates - meaning available to work at FSW's shows and special events.

Are FSW Internships Paid?

FSW Internships are not paid positions. What we're offering is practical experience and the ability to develop your skills and build your resume/portfolio in a Professional Wrestling/Sports Entertainment showcase environment.

How Long Is The Internship?

Your Internship can last as long as you can continue to be available to work with FSW at shows, special events and special projects - all the while developing/improving your skills toward building your professional resume and portfolio.
